  • sour cream - 1/2 pt
  • butter
  • can sliced mushrooms - 1 item
  • noodles - 1 item
  • small onion - 1 item
  • can beef broth - 1 item
  • round steak - 1 lb

How to make beef stroganoff:

Cut round steak in strips and dust in flour. Brown in butter, then add chopped onion, mushrooms and beef broth. Simmer slowly until meat is tender (about 1/2 to 3/4 hour). Add 1/2 pint sour cream. Pour over one half of 8 ounce package cooked noodles.
