Ingredients/Components
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- water - 1/2 c
- vegetable oil - 2 Tbsp
- cloves garlic, crushed - 2 item
- Season-All - 1 tsp
- onions, quartered - 3 item
- textured vegetable protein - 1/2 c
- Carmel soup mix "beef" style - 2 Tbsp
- potatoes, peeled optional - 4 item
- carrots, cut in 1-inch - 3 item
- several drops of brown gravy optional - 1 item
How to make beef stew:
In a small pot, bring water to boil and add "beef" and soup. Reduce heat to simmer and cook until all water is absorbed. In a large pot, heat oil and simmer garlic until it starts to brown. Add flour and stir until flour is medium brown. Add water slowlRecipe categories: Main dish, Beef, Stew.
