Chicken with artichokes and mushrooms



Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- whole chicken breasts, boned and skinned - 3 item
- can artichoke hearts, drained not marinated - 1 item
- cans mushroom caps, drained or approximately 15 fresh mushroom caps - 2 oz
- Chablis or any white wine - 1/2 c
How to make chicken with artichokes and mushrooms:
Salt and pepper chicken and fry in butter until browned. Add mushrooms, wine and sour cream to the chicken and mix well, add artichokes. Cover and simmer until chicken is tender (about 25 minutes). Stir occasionally. Serve over egg noodles. Recipe can be easily doubled.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Poultry.
