Bean salad
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- cooking oil - 1/3 c
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- small green pepper - 1 item
- medium onions - 2 item
- celery - 1 c
- red vinegar - 2/3 c
- celery seed optional - 1 tsp
- 303 can wax beans
- 303 can green beans
- 303 can kidney beans
How to make bean salad:
Wash kidney beans off and let all beans drain in colander. Place in glass bowl. Cut and dice onions. Slice celery thin. Cut pepper in quarters, then slice thin. Pour over vegetables the oil, salt and pepper. Bring to boil the vinegar and sugar. Pour over vegetables.
