Beacon hill cookies
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- chopped nuts - 3/4 c
- vinegar - 1/2 tsp
- semi-sweet chocolate bits - 6 oz
- egg whites, beaten until foamy - 2 item
How to make beacon hill cookies:
Melt chocolate bits over hot water. Beat egg whites and dash of salt until foamy. Gradually add sugar; beat whites to stiff peaks. Fold in vanilla and vinegar. Fold in chocolate bits and chopped nuts. Drop by teaspoon on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes. Remove immediately.
