Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- vinegar - 1/2 tsp
- egg whites - 2 item
- nuts optional - 3/4 c
- semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted - 1 c
How to make beacon hill cookies:
Beat egg whites with salt until foamy. Add sugar and beat until soft peaks form. Add vanilla and vinegar and beat until stiff peaks form. Fold egg white meringue into chocolate, adding nuts if desired.Drop by teaspoonful onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 325° for 10 minutes.
