Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- chopped pecans - 3/4 c
- pkg - 6 oz
- egg whites - 2 item
- white vinegar - 1/2 tsp
How to make beacon hill cookies:
Beat egg whites until frothy. Add sugar, one tablespoon at a time. Add vinegar, then vanilla. Beat until stiff! Fold in chocolate chips and pecans with wire whisk.
