Beacon hill cookies



  • sugar - 1/2 c
  • vanilla - 1/2 tsp
  • chopped pecans - 3/4 c
  • pkg - 6 oz
  • egg whites - 2 item
  • white vinegar - 1/2 tsp

How to make beacon hill cookies:

Beat egg whites until frothy. Add sugar, one tablespoon at a time. Add vinegar, then vanilla. Beat until stiff! Fold in chocolate chips and pecans with wire whisk. Drop by teaspoon on lightly-greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes.
