Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/4 c
- self-rising flour - 4 c
- warm water - 2 c
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- yeast - 1 pkg
- melted butter or salad oil - 3/4 c
How to make batter rolls:
Dissolve yeast in water. Melt butter. Mix all ingredients together. Leave in refrigerator for 2 hours. Fill muffin pan 1/2 full. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.Recipe categories: Breads, Healthy, Weeknight.
