Ingredients/Components

  • brown sugar - 1/2 c
  • butter - 1/4 tsp
  • vinegar
  • large egg - 1 item
  • ketchup - 1/4 c
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • hamburger - 1 lb
  • onion - 1 item
  • small onion - 1 item
  • Sauce:1 jar Heinz chili sauce

How to make barbecued meatballs:

Sauce:1 jar Heinz chili sauce1/4 c. ketchup1 small onion1/4 tsp. butter St. vinegar1/2 c. brown sugar salt and pepper to taste Mix meatballs together with enough crackers until easy to roll into small balls. Bake about 15 to 20 minutes at 350°. Drain grease from meatballs. Pour sauce over meatballs and let stand 10 to 15 minutes before serving.

Cook sauce until all ingredients are well mixed together and pour over meatballs.
