- Worcestershire sauce - 1 item
- garlic salt - 1 item
- onion salt - 1 item
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- celery salt - 1 item
- liquid smoke - 1 item
- meat tenderizer - 1 item
- fresh brisket first cut best - 1 item
How to make barbecued brisket:
Pour liquid smoke over brisket. Rub on all sides. Mix meat tenderizer, garlic salt, onion salt and celery salt. (Use twice as much onion salt as each of others.) Sprinkle on meat. Cover with foil. Place in fridge overnight. When ready to bake, spriRecipe categories: Weeknight, Meat, Beef.
