Barbecued brisket
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 Tbsp
- vinegar - 1 c
- garlic salt - 1 tsp
- bay leaf - 1 item
- prepared mustard - 3 Tbsp
- Worcestershire - 1 Tbsp
- dash of Tabasco - 1 item
- small can tomato sauce - 1 item
- beef brisket - 4 lb
- sliced onions - 1 item
- pepper and paprika - 1 item
How to make barbecued brisket:
Sprinkle brisket with pepper and paprika. Slice onions on top to cover. Mix remaining ingredients well and pour over meat. Marinate overnight. Bake at 300° to 325° for about 3 to 4 hours, depending on oven and thickness of meat.
