Ingredients/Components
- salt - 3 tsp
- brown sugar - 2 Tbsp
- water - 1/4 c
- vinegar - 1 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1/2 tsp
- chili powder - 1/2 tsp
- mustard - 1 Tbsp
- country style ribs - 1 item
- medium sliced onions - 2 item
- Place in an oblong cake pan
How to make barbecue ribs:
Wash and trim fat off of country style ribs. Place in an oblong cake pan. Layer with sliced onions.Barbecue Sauce:1 1/4 c. catsup1 tsp. vinegar1 Tbsp. mustard2 Tbsp. brown sugar1/2 tsp. chili powder3 tsp. salt1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce1/4 c. water Mix all together and pour over ribs. Bake for 2 1/2 hours. Cover with foil first 1 1/2 hours, then uncover.
