- brown sugar - 2 Tbsp
- catsup - 1 c
- clove garlic - 1 item
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- fat - 2 Tbsp
- celery, diced - 1 c
- green pepper, diced - 1 c
- medium onions, sliced - 2 item
- lemons, sliced - 2 item
- country style ribs - 4 lb
How to make barbecue ribs:
Season ribs with salt and pepper. Put in roaster with rack for 1 hour, covered. Drain grease; add sliced onions and remaining ingredients. Bake in covered roaster at 350° for 1 hour, then uncovered for 1/2 hour more.Recipe categories: Weeknight, Oven, Barbecue.
