Ingredients/Components
- graham cracker crumbs - 2 c
- eggs - 2 item
- chopped nuts - 1 item
- powdered sugar - 2 c
- Cool Whip - 8 oz
- large can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 item
- stick melted margarine - 1 item
- cherries - 1 item
- stick margarine, softened - 1 item
- ripe bananas - 5 item
How to make banana split cake:
Mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted margarine. Spread in a 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish. Mix the powdered sugar, eggs and 1 stick softened margarine; beat for 15 minutes, until fluffy. Spread over crust. Spread the bananas and crushed pineapple over the first 2 layers. Top the layers with the Cool Whip, cherries and chopped nuts.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Pineapple.
