Banana split cake
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- box confectioners sugar - 1 item
- can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 item
- crushed graham crackers - 2 pkg
- large Cool Whip - 1 item
- sticks oleo, softened - 2 item
- sticks oleo, melted - 2 item
- to 4 medium bananas - 3 item
- diced cherries - 3/4 c
How to make banana split cake:
First Layer: Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted oleo. Press in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.Second Layer: Mix with mixer for 15 minutes the confectioners sugar, eggs, salt and oleo. Spread on first layer.
Third Layer: Slice bananas thin on second layer.
Fourth Layer: Pour pineapple on third layer.
Fifth Layer: Spread Cool Whip on fourth layer.
Sixth Layer: Sprinkle pecans and cherries on fifth layer. Chill several hours.
