Ingredients/Components
- graham cracker crumbs - 2 c
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- chopped nuts - 3/4 c
- sticks margarine - 3 item
- powdered sugar - 2 c
- Cool Whip - 1 (9
- maraschino cherries - 1/2 c
- can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 oz
- large bananas, sliced - 4 item
How to make banana split cake:
Mix together the graham cracker crumbs and 1 stick of margarine (melted). Spread in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Beat 2 sticks margarine, powdered sugar, vanilla and eggs on high speed for 12 minutes. Spread egg mixture over crust. Layer sliced bananas, then well drained pineapple. Top with Cool Whip and garnish with nuts and cherries. Chill 8 hours.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Pineapple.
