  • baking soda - 1/8 tsp
  • finely chopped walnuts - 1/3 c
  • rum - 2 Tbsp
  • dark or light rum - 2/3 c
  • mashed ripe bananas 2-3 - 1 c

How to make banana rum cake:

Frost Rum:1/3 c. butter or margarine3 c. confectioners sugar2 tsp. vanilla2 Tbsp. rum Bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes in a greased and floured pan. When done frost.
