Banana nut bread

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• eggs - 4 item
• salt - 1/2 tsp
• chopped nuts
• flour - 4 c
• baking soda - 2 tsp
• margarine - 1 c
• bananas, mashed - 6 item

How to make banana nut bread:

Sift together flour, soda and salt. Mix sugar, margarine and eggs until fluffy. Add mashed bananas and flour mixture alternately. Add nuts. Grease 2 bread tins well. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Remove from tins immediately.

Note: Recipe may be halved.
