Ingredients/Components
- dash of salt and pepper - 1 item
- parsley, chopped - 1 tsp
- onion powder - 1 tsp
- diet margarine - 2 tsp
- seasoned dry bread crumbs - 1/4 c
- large ripe tomatoes - 2 item
- grated Parmesan cheese, shredded fresh - 3 Tbsp
How to make baked tomatoes:
Cut tomatoes in half and place in a shallow baking pan. Melt margarine and add onion, parsley, salt, pepper, cheese and bread crumbs. Spread mixture on top of tomato halves and bake at 400° for 15 minutes or until brown.Recipe categories: Low protein, Low fat, Vegetables.
