Sausage stuffing

Ingredients/Components

• water - 2 Tbsp
• pepper - 1/2 tsp
• skim milk - 2 Tbsp
• sage - 1 Tbsp
• onion, chopped - 1/4 c
• parsley, chopped - 1/2 tsp
• celery, chopped - 1 c
• diet margarine - 1 Tbsp
• ground pork - 1/2 lb
• Egg Beaters - 1 item
• high fiber, lo-cal wheat bread 8 slices - 4 c

How to make sausage stuffing:

Saute celery and onion with meat and diet margarine. Add bread and remaining ingredients. Mix well. Stuff turkey.
