Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- croutons
- chopped medium onion - 1 item
- large ripe tomatoes - 3 item
- chopped celery rib - 1 item
- chopped medium green pepper - 1/2 item
How to make baked tomatoes:
Peel and quarter tomatoes. Add onion, celery and green pepper. Cook until juicy and tender. Add sugar, butter and croutons. Pour into greased 1-quart baking dish. Bake at 400° for about 30 minutes.
