  • chili sauce - 1 item
  • onions - 1 item
  • sirloin steak 2 1/2 to 3 inches thick
  • green pepper, cut into rounds - 1 item

How to make baked steak:

Place steak on broiler pan. Season; put sliced onions on the top, then the rounds of green pepper. Pour the chili sauce over all. Bake in 350° oven for 3/4 to 1 hour for a rare steak.
