Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- eggs - 2 item
- stick butter - 1 item
- can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 item
- small can evaporated milk - 1 item
- slices white bread, crumbled - 4 item
- handful miniature marshmallows - 1 item
How to make baked pineapple casserole:
Beat eggs. Add bread, sugar and marshmallows. Add pineapple and melted butter. Place in greased baking dish and pour milk over top. Bake, uncovered, 35 to 40 minutes or until set and brown in a 350° oven. Serve hot with meal.Repeat favorite.
