  • sugar - 1 c
  • eggs - 4 item
  • soft butter - 1/2 c
  • can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 oz
  • slices cubed white bread - 5 item

How to make baked pineapple:

Cream butter and sugar. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Stir in pineapple. Fold in bread. Bake in greased 1 1/2-quart casserole at 350° for 1 hour, uncovered. Serves 6.
