Baked chicken reuben
Ingredients/Components
- chopped parsley - 1 Tbsp
- can sauerkraut - 1 oz
- bottle Thousand Island dressing - 1 oz
- slices Natural Swiss cheese - 4 item
- small skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - 8 item
How to make baked chicken reuben:
Preheat oven to 375°. Arrange chicken in 13 x 9-inch pan. Rinse sauerkraut in colander with cold water. Press out excess liquid. Sprinkle sauerkraut on chicken, top each breast with cheese cut crosswise in half. Pour salad dressing over this and cover pan with foil. Bake 40 minutes or until tender with fork.
