Baked beans with pineapple
Ingredients/Components
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- ketchup - 1/2 c
- cans pork and beans - 2 lb
- bacon slices - 2 item
- can pineapple tidbits, drained - 1 3/4
How to make baked beans with pineapple:
Combine beans, pineapple, ketchup, brown sugar and mustard in saucepan. Simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally, to cook down liquid. Pour into greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Top with bacon. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Makes 6 servings.Recipe categories: Pineapple, Side dish, Tropical fruits.
