Ingredients/Components
- brown sugar - 2 Tbsp
- molasses - 1/2 c
- dry mustard - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- chopped onion - 1 c
- catsup - 1/2 c
- dry red wine - 1/2 c
- can pork and beans - 1 oz
- slices bacon - 6 item
- can kidney beans, drained - 1 item
- smoked sausage - 1 lb
- can lima beans, drained - 1 item
- garlic cloves, chopped - 2 item
- can butter beans, drained - 1 item
How to make baked beans:
Cook bacon until crisp, remove from pan and cook the onion and garlic until tender, then drain. Combine the remaining ingredients in a large casserole. Add the crumbled bacon, onion and garlic. Stir well. Bake at 375° for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Vegetables, Pork, Beans.
