Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- pecans - 1/4 c
- margarine, melted - 1/3 c
- cracker crumbs - 2/3 c
- acorn squash - 1 item
- spice - 1/4 tsp
- salt, pepper and butter - 1 item
How to make baked acorn squash:
Cut squash in half and remove seed, etc. Cut enough off bottom to make flat to stand. Put salt, pepper and butter inside. Mix together remaining ingredients. Fill squash; dot with margarine. Place in pan with 1/4 inch water in bottom. Cover and bake in 40Recipe categories: Low protein, Low sodium, Vegetables.
