- sugar - 1 c
- catsup
- bacon - 1 lb
- cans whole water chestnuts, drained - 2 oz
How to make bacon wrapped chestnuts:
Sauce:2/3 c. catsup1 c. sugar Cut bacon into thirds. Wrap each chestnut with a piece of bacon and fasten with toothpick. Put in glass baking dish, bake 1 hour at 275°. Drain grease and pour sauce over chestnuts. Bake 1 hour longer.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Pork, Bacon.
