- sugar - 1 c
- eggs - 3 item
- butter
- water - 1/4 c
- cold water - 1/2 c
- oil - 1/4 c
- walnuts, chopped - 2 Tbsp
- Bacardi rum - 1/2 c
- yellow cake mix with pudding mix - 1 pkg
- dark Bacardi rum - 1/2 c
How to make bacardi rum cake:
Glaze:1/4 lb. butter1/4 c. water1 c. sugar1/2 c. Bacardi rum Preheat oven to 325°. Put crushed walnuts in greased and floured 10-inch tube pan. Mix cake mix, eggs, water and rum with oil, until smooth. Bake for 1 hour. Prick top with fork, after inverting onto serving plate. Spoon and brush glaze evenly over cake.Glaze: Melt butter in saucepan. Stir in water and sugar; boil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in rum.
