  • sugar - 1 c
  • eggs - 3 item
  • butter
  • water - 1/4 c
  • cold water - 1/2 c
  • oil - 1/4 c
  • walnuts, chopped - 2 Tbsp
  • Bacardi rum - 1/2 c
  • yellow cake mix with pudding mix - 1 pkg
  • dark Bacardi rum - 1/2 c

How to make bacardi rum cake:

Glaze:1/4 lb. butter1/4 c. water1 c. sugar1/2 c. Bacardi rum Preheat oven to 325°. Put crushed walnuts in greased and floured 10-inch tube pan. Mix cake mix, eggs, water and rum with oil, until smooth. Bake for 1 hour. Prick top with fork, after inverting onto serving plate. Spoon and brush glaze evenly over cake.

Glaze: Melt butter in saucepan. Stir in water and sugar; boil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in rum.
