- eggs - 2 item
- milk - 1 c
- flour - 1 c
- mustard - 1 Tbsp
- grated cheese - 1 c
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- small onion, grated - 1 item
- large can asparagus pieces - 1 item
- few rashers fried bacon optional - 1 item
How to make asparagus flan:
Preheat oven to 350°. Drain asparagus and lay in greased pie dish. Add onion and bacon.Mix together in blender: eggs, flour, milk. When blended add mustard, salt and pepper. Pour pastry mix over asparagus. Add grated cheese. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
