Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 4 item
- milk - 1 c
- flour - 1/2 c
- chopped onion - 1 item
- grated cheese - 3/4 c
- broccoli flowerets - 1 c
- sherry - 1 Tbsp
- chopped pepper - 1 item
- melted oleo - 1/4 c
How to make egg and vegetable pie:
Mix well the milk, cheese, eggs, oleo, flour and sherry. Add the vegetables. Pour into a 9-inch greased pie pan. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.Variation: One might add 1/4 pound of chopped hard salami.
