Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 4 oz
- boiling water - 1 c
- nuts - 1/2 c
- small container Cool Whip - 1 item
- chopped celery - 1/2 c
- apricot gelatin - 1 pkg
- small can crushed pineapple and juice - 1 item
How to make apricot salad:
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Blend in softened cream cheese. Cool. Stir in pineapple, nuts and Cool Whip. Chill.Recipe categories: Fruit, Low sodium, Salads.
