- sugar - 1/2 c
- eggs - 4 item
- confectioners sugar
- juice of 1 lemon
- apricot nectar - 1 c
- Wesson oil - 3/4 c
- box Lemon Supreme cake mix - 1 item
How to make apricot pound cake:
Glaze:1 c. confectioners sugar juice of 1 lemon Mix all ingredients. Beat with mixer for about 3 minutes on cake mix setting. Pour in tube pan. Bake at 325° for about 1 hour.Glaze: Mix confectioners sugar and lemon juice; beat well. Drizzle over cool cake. Glaze is optional.
