  • oil - 3/4 c
  • apricot nectar - 1 c
  • juice
  • Glaze:1 box powdered sugar
  • yellow, orange or lemon cake mix - 1 pkg

How to make apricot nectar cake:

Glaze:1 box powdered sugar rest of apricot nectar from small can (1/2 c. juice) Combine cake mix, 1 cup apricot nectar, oil, sugar and eggs. Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes. Punch holes in cake; spread with glaze.

Combine glaze ingredients; make thin enough to spread over cake so it will sink down in holes in cake.
