- sugar - 1/4 c
- eggs - 4 item
- oil - 2/3 c
- powdered sugar
- margarine
- apricot nectar - 1 c
- box lemon cake mix - 1 item
How to make apricot nectar cake:
Icing:4 Tbsp. margarine1 1/2 c. powdered sugar4 Tbsp. apricot nectar Mix cake mix, eggs, oil, sugar and apricot nectar. Add one egg at a time until well blended. Pour into cake pan. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.For the icing, mix all ingredients and pour over hot cake.
