Applesauce cake

Ingredients/Components

• cinnamon - 1 tsp
• eggs - 3 item
• flour - 4 c
• soda - 2 tsp
• cloves - 1 tsp
• white sugar - 2 c
• walnuts, chopped - 1 c
• seedless raisins - 2 c
• allspice - 1 tsp
• applesauce - 2 c
• butter scant - 1 c

How to make applesauce cake:

Cook raisins, drain and flour with 1 cup of flour. Mix applesauce and soda until smooth. Add sugar and eggs; beat. Soften butter to room temperature and add to the applesauce mixture. Add floured raisins. Fold in remaining 3 cups of flour; stir.
