Apple walnut cake

Ingredients/Components

• eggs - 3 item
• sugar - 2 c
• cooking oil - 1/2 c
• vanilla - 2 tsp
• flour - 2 c
• cinnamon - 2 tsp
• nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
• salt - 1/4 tsp
• coarsely chopped walnuts - 1 c
• diced apples - 4 c
• Add dry ingredients
• powdered sugar - 1 item
• margarine - 1/4 c

How to make apple walnut cake:

Slightly beat eggs with sugar, oil and vanilla. Add dry ingredients. It will be thick. Fold in apples and nuts. Bake at 325° for 50 or 60 minutes.Cream Cheese Frosting:6 oz. cream cheese1 tsp. vanilla powdered sugar1/4 c. margarine Mix frosting ingredients, using powdered sugar to make frosting spreadable.
