Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1 c
• cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
• flour - 1 c
• baking soda - 1 tsp
• egg - 1 item
• nuts optional - 1/2 c
• diced apples - 2 c

How to make apple pudding cake:

Combine apples and sugar. Let stand 15 minutes. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Bake in a 9-inch pan for 30 minutes. Serve with Cool Whip or frost with powdered sugar frosting.
