  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 2 tsp
  • sour cream - 1 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • brown sugar
  • baking powder - 1 tsp
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • margarine - 1/2 c
  • flour, sifted - 2 c
  • ground nuts - 3/4 c

How to make swedish coffee cake:

Cinnamon Mixture:3 Tbsp. brown sugar1 tsp. cinnamon3/4 c. ground nuts Cream the sugar and margarine. Add rest of ingredients. Put half mixture into pan and sprinkle half with cinnamon mixture. Add remainder of cake, then sprinkle with cinnamon and nut mixture. Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes in Bundt pan.
