Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• cinnamon - 2 tsp
• eggs - 2 item
• vanilla - 2 tsp
• salt - 1 tsp
• flour - 2 c
• oil - 3/4 c
• baking soda
• walnuts - 1 c
• apples, cored, peeled and diced - 4 c

How to make apple cake:

Beat eggs and oil in a small bowl. Stir flour, sugar, apples, baking soda, cinnamon and salt in a large bowl. Combine egg mixture to flour mixture. Add vanilla and nuts. Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 50 minutes.
