How to make apple cake:

Apple Mixture:3 to 4 apples, peeled (not Delicious)1 c. sugar2 tsp. cinnamon Apple Mixture: Slice apples thin. Mix together sugar and cinnamon and pour over apples.

Cream the eggs, oil and sugar. Mix together the flour, baking powder and salt. Add dry mixture to creamed mixture and mix. Add orange juice and vanilla; mix well. Layer batter, apples, batter, apples and batter in a greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 350° for 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes.
