Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• cinnamon - 1 tsp
• eggs - 2 item
• vanilla - 2 tsp
• flour - 3 c
• oil
• soda - 1 tsp
• apples, chopped - 3 c
• walnuts, chopped optional - 1 c

How to make apple cake:

Cream together sugar, oil, eggs and vanilla. Sift in the dry ingredients. Mix well. Add apples and nuts. Bake in a tube pan. Bake at 350° about 1 1/2 hours.
