Ingredients/Components
- applesauce - 9 c
- sugar - 5 c
- vinegar - 2 Tbsp
- cinnamon oil to taste - 1 item
How to make apple butter:
Cook apples with rinds and seeds. Run through sieve. Combine ingredients except cinnamon oil. Cook 20 minutes. Add cinnamon oil and seal. Yield: 6 1/2 pints.Recipe categories: Fruit, Apple, Condiments, etc..
