Ingredients/Components

  • large shells, cooked - 1 lb
  • Provolone cheese, cubed - 1/2 lb
  • beef salami, cubed - 1/2 lb
  • soft pepperoni, sliced I cut in 1/2-inch slices - 1/2 lb
  • stalks celery, sliced - 2 item
  • green peppers bite-size - 2 item
  • onion, chopped - 1 item
  • to 3 tomatoes, chopped - 2 item
  • small can ripe black olives - 1 item
  • small jar green olives - 1 item
  • oregano - 1 Tbsp
  • pepper - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1 Tbsp
  • wine vinegar - 1/2 c
  • oil - 3/4 c

How to make antipasto salad:

Mix all ingredients together. It may sit overnight. Add 1 head lettuce just before serving, if desired.
