Ingredients/Components
- large shells, cooked - 1 lb
- Provolone cheese, cubed - 1/2 lb
- beef salami, cubed - 1/2 lb
- soft pepperoni, sliced I cut in 1/2-inch slices - 1/2 lb
- stalks celery, sliced - 2 item
- green peppers bite-size - 2 item
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- to 3 tomatoes, chopped - 2 item
- small can ripe black olives - 1 item
- small jar green olives - 1 item
- oregano - 1 Tbsp
- pepper - 1 tsp
- salt - 1 Tbsp
- wine vinegar - 1/2 c
- oil - 3/4 c
How to make antipasto salad:
