Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 oz
- boiling water - 2 c
- small can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 item
- diced celery - 1 c
- jar pimento pepper, drained - 1 oz
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- whipped cream - 1 c
How to make angel salad:
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Chill until lightly thickened. Mix cream cheese, pineapple, celery, pimento and pecans. Fold into gelatin and chill until thickened, but not firm. Fold in whipped cream and chill until firm.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Fruit, Salads.
