Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- flaked coconut - 1/2 c
- powdered sugar - 3/4 c
- Cool Whip - 2 c
- can mandarin oranges, drained - 1 item
- pineapple juice - 2 Tbsp
- small can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 item
- 9 or 11-inch cookie crust pie shell, baked - 1 item
How to make ambrosia pie:
Combine cream cheese, powdered sugar and pineapple juice. Beat until smooth. Add Cool Whip. Fold in coconut, drained pineapple and oranges. Pour into chilled cookie crust. Chill until firm.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
