Amazing coconut pie

Ingredients/Components

• milk - 2 c
• sugar - 3/4 c
• Bisquick - 1/2 c
• eggs - 4 item
• margarine or butter - 1/4 c
• vanilla
• coconut - 1 c

How to make amazing coconut pie:

Combine milk, sugar, Bisquick, eggs, butter and vanilla in the blender. Cover and blend on low speed for 3 minutes. Pour into a greased 9-inch pie pan. Let stand about 5 minutes. Sprinkle with coconut. Bake at 350° for about 40 minutes, until knife inserted comes out clean.
