Impossible pie

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 3/4 c
• eggs - 4 item
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• milk - 2 c
• coconut - 1 c
• margarine or butter - 4 Tbsp
• Bisquick - 1/2 c

How to make impossible pie:

Combine milk, sugar, Bisquick, eggs, margarine and vanilla in blender. Cover; blend on low for 3 minutes. Pour into greased 9-inch pie pan. Let stand about 5 minutes, then sprinkle with coconut. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
