Amazing coconut pie

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1/2 c
• eggs - 4 item
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• milk - 2 c
• flour - 1/2 c
• butter - 1/2 c
• coconut - 1 c
• coconut, reserved - 1/4 c

How to make amazing coconut pie:

Grease pie plate. Mix ingredients in blender 30 seconds (except reserved coconut). Pour in pie plate. Sprinkle reserved coconut on top. Bake in 350° oven for 40 minutes. Leave in oven for 10 more minutes.
